IT Emergency? We Can Help Today.

Server down, email hacked, ransomware on the screen, or the whole office offline? Our Tampa team takes emergency calls from businesses that aren't clients yet. Clear rates, agreed before we start.

Think it's ransomware or a hacker?

Unplug the network cable or turn off Wi-Fi on the affected computers, but leave them powered on. Don't pay anything, don't delete anything, and call us. If someone called you claiming to be tech support, hang up: we never ask you to install anything from a link.

How it works

  1. 1. Call us

Tell the technician what is happening. We tell you honestly whether we can help and what it is likely to take.

  2. 2. Sign online

The authorization takes two minutes: your rate, the 2-hour minimum and what we will work on, signed by typing your name.

  3. 3. Pay the minimum

The 2-hour minimum is paid online through PayPal; we never see your card. If it takes longer, we stop and ask before the next 2 hours.

  4. 4. We get to work

Our technician starts a remote session (we start it, never you), or heads to your office in daylight hours.

We start work once the authorization is signed and the minimum is paid. It protects both of us: you know the cost before we touch anything, and our technician can focus on the fix.
